PLEASE READ THIS, BEFORE YOU BOOK A TREATMENT!

By booking for a Treatment, you are confirming that you know we are only situated in Kloof in Durban.

If you continue to book a Treatment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy below.

Your appointment is specially set aside just for you and it is how your therapist earns a living.
You will receive an appointment reminder via email, please make sure to watch out for this email for more details. If you do not receive an initial appointment via email, then your appointment has not been booked. Please contact us if that is the case.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so no later than 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not cancel before 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee. 
Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a 50% fee. Cancelling or rescheduling within 4 hours or no show incurs a full 100% cancellation fee. 
Make sure you are punctual for your appointment. If you are late, we might not be able to give you the full service. If you are are too late, we will have to reschedule at a fee. 

 1.  Scroll down to the treatment you are interested in.

 2.  Select the treatment.

 3.  Choose a date.

 4.  Fill out the form.

 5.  Make a deposit / payment.

If you do not make a deposit or a payment then the appointment will be cancelled.

Please look out for the confirmation email. On this email you will receive details, directions, and more.
Please read through it carefully to see what needs to be done before your appointment.
