SITE ACCESS
Access to Belladerma website is granted only to qualified therapists or students in training (trade only). Under no circumstances may any individual alter any part of this website. No part of this site may be reproduced for any reason, nor may any parts of the site be displayed anywhere unless written permission has been granted by Belladerma’s owners, including logos, trademarks or registrations. You are granted access to this site under the condition that you will not interfere or attempt to interfere with any of the content.
PRIVACY
Personal Data will only be collected for Belladerma for the purposes of processing your order and the other purposes mentioned below. The type of information we may collect about you includes: your name, salon name, addresses, phone number and e-mail address, etc. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your full consent.
We will never pass on your Personal Data to third parties. We may use Personal Data to let you know about our products and services that may be of interest to you as well as information about discounts and offers that you can benefit from either in-store or online by an email newsletter. We will give you the option to refuse any e-mail newsletters from us & we will never send you bulk emails (spam).
PRICING
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Belladerma. We reserve the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer or any errors we find.
In the event of a price difference we will contact you and notify you of any discrepancy. You have the right to either cancel the item or accept new updated price quoted.
Prices don’t include delivery or postage. For these fees please contact us.
SHIPPING
Orders will be sent to all areas in South Africa with a Courier services at an additional charge. Normally takes 24 – 72 hours from receipt of payment. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery / loss / damage of the item/s caused by any third party.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address. All orders are sent out between 9am-3pm daily.
PAYMENT
Payment options provided by Belladerma are EFT, Netcash or Payfast.
EFT payments must be done before delivery and proof of payment must be sent either to admin@belladerma.co.za. If no proof is received, then delivery will be done when money reflects in our bank account.
No goods will be released without full payment of invoiced amount.
OWNERSHIP
By signing documentation (invoice or waybill) on receipt of goods and settling full amount payable, you acquire ownership of all items. Belladerma will no longer be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items unless it is due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under the warranty.
RETURNS POLICY
Once you have received your goods, please check thoroughly against invoice. If an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty or an item has not been received at all, please call our offices on 0318235522 within 48 hours. We will do our best to help you as much as possible.
If a replacement or credit is required due to a product not to the liking of the recipient or not as expected the purchaser shall be liable for any return shipping and other charges that might arise. Exchanges will not be permitted unless Goods are in their original packaging and unused. The stock must be returned within 7 days from purchase.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Belladerma not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the items / products on this site.
COURSE CANCELLATION
If for any reason you decide to cancel a course you have booked for and it was cancelled in the first 7 days of booking, the funds will be returned. If you paid via Paypal or Netcash and they decide to charge a fee – this fee will be charged to the client.
If however you have booked and cancelled after the 7 day period then there will be a 10% handling fee charged on this cancellation.
If you have paid for a course and you have received the Online Theory then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
TREATMENT CANCELLATION
If a treatment deposit is paid and the client does not arrive, this deposit will be non-refundable.
If the full treatment has been made then the normal deposit amount will be deducted. If the client has a valid reason for not coming, we will however reschedule the treatment but if the client misses the next appointment then the amount she has paid will become non-refundable as she has wasted the therapists time and ability to earn an income during the time she has booked for this appointment.
