The New BellaDerma E-light combines
3 advantaged technologies:
 
  IPL (Intense Pulse Light)
  RF (Radio Frequency) and
  Skin Contact Cooling.
 
 
IPL Devices can perform a variety of treatments that uses a series of Intense Light pulses that are safe for all skin colours.
 
 

A broad spectrum of light is transmitted through a small, smooth transparent sapphire which is gentle placed over the skin. Cut-off filters in the handpiece change the wavelength range allowing it to be optimised for different applications and skin types.

The light is absorbed by the melanin in the hair and travels down in the hair shaft to the root of the follicle. If the hair is in the right stage of hair growth when the papillar is attached to the follicle then the heat will coagulate the papillar and damaging it therefore retarding the hair growth.
     
 
The RF helps the IPL energy reach the area needed to be treated without using high energy levels therefore allowing the treatment to be more effective, safer and more pleasant.
 
When combining RF with IPL the treatments are twice as effective and the results are quicker and longer lasting.
